From our first contact with Dawn, she clearly demonstrated their expertise and followed up with great communication throughout trip planning and ultimately post vacation. The food was great and plentiful. The lodging was luxurious with scenic vistas (animals included), and just the right amount of seclusion. Everyone we interacted with on the 12 day safari, made it very clear that they were there to make our trip as perfect as possible.
Kristi and I first contacted ADS nearly ten years ago. The packet that we received in the mail lived on our bookshelf, through multiple moves and life changes, as a reminder of a dream. We watched the Hemingway experience video over and over and I must admit I had some doubts that the experience could live up to their depiction. I am excited to say that it was everything they said it could be and more! Placing our faith in ADS to plan and coordinate our August 2023 Dream Safari was the most perfect choice we could have possibly made.
When researching initial safari companies, I discovered early that there was a profound difference among ADS and other companies. I received many auto-generated responses during my requests for information, when what I really needed was to speak to someone about the questions I had about booking a safari as a solo traveler. And when I did get a person on the phone, I heard lots of “you can see that on online” or “check the website for information.”
Our recent trip to Africa including a safari to Tanzania and gorilla trekking in Uganda was truly a trip of a lifetime. The wildlife viewing, accommodations, staff, guides, service and overall experience completely exceeded our expectations.
Our safari exceeded all of our expectations and it was because of the amazing people at Africa Dream. From our trip advisor Sharon Lyons to the team that met us when we landed at Kilimanjaro Airport and ushered us through customs; from the individual and special welcome at each lodge to our knowledgeable and attentive guide, Davis, our African vacation was truly an awesome, once in a lifetime experience.
