We had the trip of a lifetime, thanks to ADS and our driver Chris. From the moment we landed in the Kilimanjaro Airport, ADS was there to make sure everything went smoothly. We choose to have an extra day in Arusha which we would totally recommend because, by the time you get the Arusha Coffee Lodge it’s after 10:00pm. The driving tour of Arusha, the cultural center and the coffee tour were all possible because of the extra day.
The following day the safari started, and we were totally amazed. The very first day we saw: the wildebeest migration, zebras, elephants, lions, hyenas. We thought after that, the rest of the safari would be a let down. We were wrong!! Every day there were more animals, birds, and scenery to be awestruck over.
We loved the tented lodges (Mara River Camp and Seronera Sametu Camp) and listening to the animals at night. The views were wonderful and the sunrise and sunsets were breathtaking. The food was really good and the box lunches were huge! We could never finish them.
Our guide/driver Chris was outstanding. His ability to spot the animals had us in awe, especially while driving over all types of terrain. But what really made him stand out for us, was his knowledge and respect for the animals. He is truly a wonderful person.
The one thing we wish we had done in advance was to learn about the customs and culture of Tanzania. A good book to read is: The essential guide to customs and culture, Tanzania.
We are already starting to talk and dream about another safari with ADS. This trip was truly a dream come true for us.

The photos & story of your trip are amazing! So glad you went & fulfilled that dream from your bucket list ! We all see pictures of African wildlife on TV but to see photos taken by someone you know & love in your family is really exciting!
Thanks for sharing your incredible adventure with us ! ❤️
Your pictures are amazing. We hope to go back for our second trip in June 2022. Africa definitely has stolen my 💜💜. When were there the first time, using ADA, we had two Cheetah’s get up on our vehicle and stay for around 15 minutes just watching us….it was very exciting but also scary!
Thanks for sharing your wonderful pictures.
So excited to see this report. Looking forward to a trip on 2024 in July.
