This was my third safari to Tanzania with Africa Dream Safaris and once again, it was fabulous! I have now been to Tanzania in February during the green season, September during the dry season, and this time in April. Each safari has been different, special, and always perfect thanks to the work of the people at ADS!

Dawn and Michael made sure every piece of my journey was perfectly timed and wonderfully organized. I had the pleasure of traveling with Dawn from ADS and 8 other lovely ladies. Our driver guides, Roman and Dida were wonderful, so much fun, knowledgeable, and more than capable of dealing with 9 women for a week in the bush!

Once again, I found myself caught up in the glory of the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater with the wonder of the animals, the scenery, the ADS staff and delightful Tanzanian people. As always, accommodations were delightful. We stayed at several camps and hotels where our every need was met and all of which surpassed expectations. The staff of each facility went above and beyond their duties in offering personalized service. I was so happy to see Matthias who greeted us at the airport, as well as my friends at Sametu camp where I have stayed on all 3 safaris!

I extended my trip by 4 days in order to travel to the northern edges of the Serengeti in the Grumeti Game Reserve where I spent 3 glorious nights at the Singita resort, Faru Faru. What a fantastic way to conclude my trip! The accommodations, food and staff were amazing and nothing beats an evening safari complete with drinks and snacks while enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Michael, you were so right in recommending this camp!

People often ask me why I continue to return to Tanzania with ADS and the only answer I can give them because it makes my heart smile more than any other place I have visited. It touches every piece of my soul! I had told myself that this safari would be my last. Wrong…I’ll be back! I guess you can say I am truly addicted!
