From our first contact with Dawn, she clearly demonstrated their expertise and followed up with great communication throughout trip planning and ultimately post vacation. The food was great and plentiful. The lodging was luxurious with scenic vistas (animals included), and just the right amount of seclusion. Everyone we interacted with on the 12 day safari, made it very clear that they were there to make our trip as perfect as possible.

The interwoven dependencies between predator and prey really enriched our perception of the natural world. There’s no malice, evil or ‘violence’ in the human sense, just part of nature.
The relationships between the flora and fauna both subtle and blatant, were continuously revealed in the course of the trip. The trip inspired a greater awe of the natural world and our planet.

It’s all quite wonderful. Who would guess that a 5,000kg Elephant has a close genetic relative in the 2 Kg Hyrax?
Our guide & driver was a walking encyclopedia on wildlife (though he did have to look up some birds in his mobile library). As I’m sure others on these trips have experienced – he became part of our family as we got to know each other.
Everyone in our party (6) came back with a lasting ephemeral glow – after recovering from the jet lag. We all agree it was the unforgettable and magical trip of a lifetime.
