I Highly Recommend ADS For Your Dream Safari!

We were just minutes out of the Seronera airport in the Serengeti when we spotted the migration. Thousands of wildebeests and zebras. Next, just a few minutes later, our first elephant sighting. Russell, our amazing driver/guide, spotted the elephant far off in the distance coming toward us. We waited as the sea of wildebeest parted to let it pass. It walked to the road, right behind us, and continued on.

The rest of the day did not disappoint as Russell spotted a leopard in a tree with its kill, a lion sleeping under a tree, baboons, giraffes and more elephants. This is how our Africa Dream Safari started and it continued to get better everyday. We saw lions and cheetahs on the hunt, buffalo, all types of antelopes, hippos, crocodiles, lizards, monkeys, raptors, hyenas, jackals and dozens of different birds. And, at this time of year, lots of babies!

Russell seemed to have a sixth sense when it came to spotting wildlife and birds and his knowledge of their habits was astounding. We even saw the elusive black rhino in Ngorongoro Crater due to Russell’s keen eyesight. We were expecting to see the animals but were not expecting to learn so much about them.

Russell skillfully navigated us through the park on our game drives (always maneuvering for us to get the best pictures) as we made our way to our accommodation for the night. And the accommodations were over the top! Each time we thought that the last place was our favorite, we arrived at our next favorite. The rooms were beautiful, the food great and the service friendly. We were always greeted with Karibu (welcome) and given warm washcloths and a cold drink to refresh ourselves as we were checked in.

From the moment we got off the plane at Kilimanjaro Airport to the moment we got back on the plane there 10 days later, an Africa Dream Safaris representative was with us. I highly recommend ADS for your dream safari!
