Three days into our August 2023 Safari to see the river crossings we were so blown away with what we saw that we decided to book a return trip to Tanzania to experience the birthing season in February 2024. I didn’t think anything could beat our first trip with ADS but I was wrong…experiencing the migration during birthing season was AMAZING!!!

The wildlife was extremely active and everyday was a photographers’ dream.

We saw 4 wildebeest births, a zebra minutes after being born, baby wildebeests and a zebra taking their first awkward steps, lions, hyenas and baboons mating, giraffes, impala and dik diks fighting, young cheetahs, lions and elephants playing, tree climbing lions, beautiful birds and the aftermath of several kills. The list goes on and on and on…

The key to a private safari is patience. Our Guide Roman was a master at anticipating what the wildlife would do and we were never disappointed.

As always the team at ADS, Dawn Anderson and our Guide Roman went over and above to make our trip special.

I can go on about every aspect of this extraordinary trip but as they say…a picture and videos are worth a thousand words!
