From the second we arrived at the airport to the moment we were dropped off, everything about this experience exceeded our expectations. This was our very first safari and to say that it was an amazing experience is an undersell.

We genuinely could not have had as phenomenal of a time as we did during those 9 days if it wasn’t for our AMAZING safari guide Fazal and the generous, kind, and incredibly welcoming staff at each of the Hemingway locations we stayed at (Mara River, Sametu, and Lion’s Paw).

From the quality of the accommodations to the precious care they took of us with the big and small surprises we were peppered with in each stay (shout out for Patrick, Ramadhani, Frankie and Kelvin), nothing felt short of the luxury ADS promises.

Having experienced a private safari, we don’t think we could ever do it any other way.

Fazal’s expertise and passion for this work was shown day in and out, the best decision we made was making him 100% in charge of our itinerary to make sure every day was maximized to the fullest and that we saw all that this beautiful country had to offer.

Each day held a special treat for what we could find and I don’t think there was one day that passed by where we did not see something new and unexpected. It was exhilarating and held the adrenaline rush we were hoping for, without feeling unsafe at any point in this journey.

By the end of our safari, we were so overwhelmed with gratitude for the role that every single person played in making us feel special and delivering such a unique, personalized, and incredible experience.

We cannot wait to share this experience with our friends and family and are already figuring out how we can make it back!!
