AFRICA DREAM SAFARIS has not been selected by the National Geographic as the world’s best Safari Outfitters, and the best safari value without reason. From the first contact with Dawn at ADS to our final departure from Kilimanjaro airport, every detail of the safari was beautifully crafted and synchronized to give the highest degree of satisfaction and pleasure.
Our hand-picked guide, Emmanuel, was exceptional, as I believe, is every guide serving with ADS. The accommodations were both luxurious and comfortably adventurous and needless to say, the Serengeti overwhelms with its quantity and variety of game. Every day was filled with unexpected surprises and adventure.
All the staff and especially the guides demonstrated their zeal and determination to make each expedition delightful and unforgettable. As if all this attention was not enough, ADS has recently included the expertise of a professional photographer, Jeff Smith, for advice on camera gear and tips for amateur photographers.
We benefited enormously from his personalized guidance via the “Ask Jeff” button on the ADS Website and by his prompt response via emails. He even called us by phone on a Sunday evening to help us program the settings on my new camera with four days to go before our departure to Africa!
Everyone planning an ADS safari should take advantage of his experience and be sure to carefully read his many tips and advice and see his video on the ADS website. Thank you, Dawn, Jeff and ADS for helping make our excursion so very outstanding.

The photo of the lioness and her two cubs on the kopje is one of best lion shots I have seen before. Well done! That’s also a great shot of the leopard coming down the the acacia tree.
