March of 2024 brought to reality a trip that was close to 10 years of dreaming, talking and planning. We covered the Central and Southern regions of the Serengeti, Crater highlands and the Rift Valley…nothing was left out. Finding words to adequately describe the experience has proven to be hard since all our descriptions seem to fall short of the real deal.

It is hard not to feel small in the vastness of the Serengeti. Our personal private guide, the one the only and the best, Emmanuel, made each outing an experience. From getting us set up for the best pictures to the excitement he shared spotting the wildlife to giggling with us while watching monkeys’ antics.

Emmanuel’s knowledge of not just the biology but also his culture made for an info packed experience. We learned so much and he felt like family by the end of the trip!

Accommodations with the Hemingway Safari were fantastic and far more luxurious than what one would expect in the bush. Additionally, all the people we met along the way were some of the most kind, positive and welcoming people we have every met. We ate well, slept well and lived well!

This was a once in a lifetime trip for our group and Africa Dream Safaris made it one that I doubt will be ever possible to top. I cannot imagine doing a safari any other way or with any other group. Thank You ADS!
