Anyone contemplating this trip may have experienced standing in long, hot Customs lines; retrieving your own luggage and finally being greeted by your driver holding a sign with your name inside the airport. But, have you ever been greeted on the tarmac, your luggage retrieved by someone else, being cleared through Customs (while you are in the bathroom) and then leaving the airport within 15 minutes of arrival?
